Second, most jobs are NOT put on your basic job boards, like Indeed, ZipRecruiter, or even LinkedIn.  Many utilize their own websites and 3rd party companies (staffing & recruiting firms) to fill their open positions.  In fact, surveys have revealed that 85% of open jobs are filled via networking of some sort.  That’s a BIG percentage!  A recruiter can get you a front-row seat to some of that “hidden” job market.
